I bought this to hang on my late Dad’s bench… and then realised I could buy a matching one for my Mam at a discounted price… not gonna lie, I cried when I opened it. I have not yet received my order. I ordered this on the 9th, ready for Father’s Day and it still says “ready to ship” I’ve now emailed twice and still NO REPLY! I’m gutted to be honest as they looked so lovely for a gift but now it’s too late I would like for someone to reply back to me and process me a refund.

I ordered a ‘This grandad is loved by…’ personalised key ring, but when it arrived it had one grandchild’s name missing, making it basically useless. I emailed the company to let them know, and asked for a replacement. No response. Very disappointing… I certainly won’t be using them again.
