It has arrived and I do like it. but I am quite disappointed with the overall finish of the product. It was quite rough around the edges and was covered in a sticky substance which I have cleaned off and tidied up best I can. I also asked a question on your website about how many characters you could have as it didn’t let me choose what I wanted to put , Even though one of your phrases had more characters , but I still didn’t get a response to that question ! So I chose a different phase . so sadly I wouldn’t recommend as your customer service let you down greatly on this occasion
