This company are fantastic!! I purchased a chopping board and when it arrived a small part of the routering around the edge was a little bit rough. I emailed them with a photo, not at all as a complaint and I stressed this, as we were very happy with the product and quality of the wood. I told them it would be easily rectified with a bit of sandpaper but thought they would like to know as feedback. They replied within a few hours and told me they would send a replacement immediately. They kindly did this and didn’t ask for the original one to be returned. Superb customer service and company. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

It was bought as a gift, overall the board itself was as advertised but I was somewhat disappointed with the colour of the wording and the chosen breed of dog, it was quite wishey washey and faded which is not as shown in the advert.
Overall I think the product is overpriced for what you get.
