I have had 3 different bracelets sent out to me and they have all been scratched on the front. This isn't acceptable as it a gift I have requested a full refund via email but unfortunately not even had a reply which I find unacceptable. Will not recommend anyone to buy from you.

Disappointed with the bracelet, it's far too big for my son. I ordered it for a special birthday as I wanted it to be engraved (which it is) and going off the images on the website it looked as though it would be a good fit (not super tight but not loose). He's of average build, but it just flops/spins around on his wrist. I emailed customer services but they said it's a standard 22cm length - I've since looked on other websites selling similar bracelets and they all seem to be between the 19cm/21cm mark. And now they're on an offer which makes it more annoying. Personally I wouldn't bother with the 'luxury gift box' either. I'm now going to have to buy a smaller bracelet elsewhere to hold this one further up his arm so he can at least wear it, otherwise it'll be left in the box. Sorry for the negative feedback.
