Bracelet looks great. However, extremely slow delivery and I had to contact Customer Services twice to see where my product was. Was advised to give the delivery more time. It actually took 111 days from dispatching to get to me. Maybe a better delivery service is required.

I love the bracelet the problem is that the clasp at first was really stiff and hard to fasten but now the clasp is very loose and keeps coming unfastened and several times it’s fallen off. I worried that it will fall off when I’m out and I don’t realise.
