The wording I asked for in the back - the engraving is awful - the word Paul is almost off the top - the engraving should be further down from the top,any engraver worth their job would understand this - the word Jo is also too high,should be more in the middle - I’m exceptionally disappointed and haven’t given this gift as as present,I except you to correct the faults and send a new one please. Although I have also contacted you several times and as yet have no reply
