Royal mail let it down this time. I paid for 1st class delivery on the site but it took so long I had to email. It took 10 days. The birthday I ordered it for came & went, however Bellissima apologised & offered to send another one. Fortunately, the original order arrived the next day so I didn't have to take them up on their offer. Moral of story, Bellissima is great & I highly recommend. Royal Mail rubbish, don't rely on 1st class...
