The actual picture was lovely. However it was crumpled at the edges and also there was a row of thumbnail pictures along the bottom of the A4 sheet, not clear but seemed to be from my phone! Along the top was what appeared to be my phone battery life and the time!!

It’s a lovely portrait. It has captured her white paw which many of these don’t and is obviously from a photo I sent rather than an AI lookalike. Everyone has said what a beautiful picture this has made.

It's a beautiful picture of my beloved black Labrador who died in April. It is so close to the photograph and I love it.
The only slight issue was the packaging. The picture was slightly creased as it was rolled up and put in a cardboard box rather than a tube. I had to iron it very carefully before framing it.
Andrea L.
