1/5 stars. Ordered the "Best Day Ever Heart" as a personalised gift and it was a disappointment on every level.
Shipping took far longer than stated, and when it finally arrived the engraving quality was poor , the text was unclear and a poor finish, nothing like the product photos. It looked cheap, not something you'd give as a personalised gift. I ended up having to apologise to my wife for it, which isn't a great position to be in after paying for a "special occasion" item.
Given the late delivery and the finish not matching what was advertised, I'm requesting a full refund. Order #178756. Happy to send photos if needed.
