Lovely key ring but wasn’t very clear on personalising details.. called ‘this grandad is loved by’ but mine arrived saying ‘this Peter is loved by’ which defeats it being a ‘this grandad’.
Please update your instructions on your website to make this clear the name will replace grandad.
