It's a lovely item and my girlfriend was pleased with it when she opened it on Mother's day, I was disappointed that I didn't receive an email back until the time was dispatched when I emailed just a couple of minutes after placing the order when I noticed my son's name was spelt wrong. I didn't really have a proper apology just excuses to why it took so long to reply back to my email.

Item is smaller than expected and my son’s name doesn’t start with a capital letter plus it missed Mother’s Day and no tracking number. I also purchased an extra gift box by accident but customer services refused to allow me to return it, cancel the order or provide a refund - absolutely dreadful experience

My daughter has given birth today so am ordering a second one so it gets there in time for Mother’s Day.
Hope you can do something about the hearts not being red and can send me a replacement for the one I already have in time for Mothers Day too.
