It is SO lovely and such a quick turnaround. The only reason I marked as 4 is the top engraving is slightly faded compared to the bolder bottom half but still a great gift. The kids' dad will love it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had my personalised chopping board come and it looked great! Until I noticed the burn marks from what I assume was the laser that engraves the chopping board. This was a Christmas present for my grandparents. I paid extra for the stand which eventually came on a random day.
I then emailed about how I wasn't happy with my order. I was told this would be rectified. This was the 14th of December. Its now the 9th of January and still nothing.
