Picture arrived with words cut off, complaint raised and a new one was sent with exactly the same problem and then as you had failed twice you refused to do another copy. As this was for Mothers Day 2 very upset daughters and a sad Mother. No customer care and i will not use you again.

As you can see from the pictures attached, the names were folded under at the bottom of the canvas so are not visible.
I was expecting the canvas to look like attachment 1 as advertised.

It’s a nice print A4 canvas, but have to mark it down coz the writing that’s supposed to be on the bottom of the pic is in fact on the reverse or back of the frame
