It's a beautiful picture of my beloved black Labrador who died in April. It is so close to the photograph and I love it.
The only slight issue was the packaging. The picture was slightly creased as it was rolled up and put in a cardboard box rather than a tube. I had to iron it very carefully before framing it.

I ordered a "drawing" of a photo of my friend with my dog as they absolutely adore each other. It was a gift for her birthday. It almost brought her to tears with their names and "best friends forever" written along the bottom. I then framed it myself. It's not cheap, but it was worth every penny to see her face. It's the second item I've had from Bellisima and probably not my last.

Despite the photo being taken a few days before we thought we would lose her during recovery from emergency surgery, this is my favourite image of Lucy, our Golden Retriever. Picture arrived with words cut off, complaint raised and a new one was sent with exactly the same problem and then as you had failed twice you refused to do another copy. As this was for Mothers Day 2 very upset daughters and a sad Mother. No customer care and i will not use you again.
