I ordered a ‘This grandad is loved by…’ personalised key ring, but when it arrived it had one grandchild’s name missing, making it basically useless. I emailed the company to let them know, and asked for a replacement. No response. Very disappointing… I certainly won’t be using them again.

Greatly appreciated gift. After a year's use on the key chain it shows a lot of scratching and damage like it. As a suggestion maybe look into a way of toughening this up so it lasts longer
