When my item was first delivered it was incomplete. The stand, for the personalised heart, was not in the delivery. I contacted Bellissima straight away, via email. I received an almost immediate reply whi h apologised for the oversight. After sending a picture, of what I had received, as requested, I was soon sent the stand, so my delivery was complete. It was a Mother's Day gift for my daughter, which I had ordered in time for the occasion. Despite having a very short window for redelivery, to arrive I time, it was achieved, which I was very grateful for. I was able to give the gift to my grandchildren to present to their mum on Mother's Day.
