I ordered this for my Mum who lost her much loved Lhasa Apso Daisy aged 12 very suddenly with lymphoma in March this year. When my Dad was dying with cancer he bought Daisy as a gift as he didn’t want my Mum to be lonely. Dad died 22 days later. Now my Mum is by herself for the first time ever and struggling at her loss of her darling dog. Six months have passed and I thought the time was right. My Mum was crying but she absolutely loves it. I ordered a larger picture framed. It arrived with writing at the top and my dog had four paws. at the front!!!Obviously all done computerised!
I couldn’t give it to my partner and asked for an explanation and re order or refund. About four weeks down the line they refunded my account?? Still unsure why I couldn’t get the same order sent it was their error?
So disappointed and upset ? Would never go here again. It ruined my partners birthday
